Jake’s FlareTx characteristics: Innovation and rigor.

Jake is passionate about blending mechanistic biochemistry with state-of-the-art drug discovery and chemical biology approaches. One of the architects of the Switch Site Framework, Jake is excited to help empower the team to discover the next wave of transcription factor medicines.

He has contributed to numerous drug discovery efforts, including co-invention of CPI-0209, Constellation Pharmaceuticals’ second generation EZH2 inhibitor that is currently in clinical trials.

When he’s not busy at FlareTx, Jake is busy trying to keep up with his two children.
