Esin’s Flare Characteristics: Transparency and collaboration.

Esin is responsible for annual budgeting, financial reporting and long term, strategic financial planning efforts. She works closely with stakeholders to evolve Flare’s financial capabilities.

Esin has more than 10 years of financial planning and corporate finance experience in industries ranging from academia to biotech. She has modeled companies’ financial outlooks going into the clinic and played a key role in funding rounds from Series B to IPO and beyond.

Outside of work, Esin enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, entertaining with friends, baking, and visiting Cape Cod in any season.
