Whether it’s calendar management, office organization, or anything in between, Carolyn loves supporting the Flare team. She enjoys being involved in both the recruiting and the onboarding process so that she is one of the first to meet exciting additions to the company. 

Carolyn has always enjoyed collaborating with others and working towards a common goal. Years ago, this led her to organizational and administrative roles, and she has enjoyed providing support in various capacities ever since. 

Carolyn is passionate about the arts and enjoys live music, in addition to playing and teaching the flute. She also loves food, craft beer, running, yoga and simply spending time with family and friends.
