Miljan’s Flare Characteristics: Striving for innovative medicines through collaboration with quantitative technologies and complex biology

At Flare, Miljan focuses on solving complex biological questions related to disease and small molecule therapeutics by applying state-of-the-art, quantitative proteomic approaches.

With 10 years of experience in mass spectrometry and proteomics, Miljan has applied his expertise to various disease areas, including in vivo modeling, cancer, diabetes, and anti-microbial peptides. More recently, his main focus was on method development to enable the discovery of chemical probes for undruggable proteins.

When not working, Miljan enjoys playing sports and staying active through hiking and rock climbing.
