Will’s Flare characteristics: Drive and equanimity.

For more than a decade, Will has worked to understand the genetic causes of peripheral neuropathy and has trained to become a neurologist, to not only to deepen his understanding of the clinical manifestations of neurological diseases, but to learn how to care for patients.

Will joined Third Rock Ventures as a Senior Associate to help identify the most compelling areas of therapeutics development. There, he spent most of his time working on what would become Flare Therapeutics, where he now works to usher molecules from the lab into early clinical experiments.

When he’s not working at Flare, Will enjoys cooking, building furniture, playing squash, skiing, and spending time with his two sons.
